"No coffee in the lobby early morning. I inquired staff told me to walk 600 m to seven eleven. Don’t get oceanfront; extremely loud 24 hours. No sleep three days. Car booked through them for the airport never showed up. Grab took two minutes and was 300 baht less. Short version I’d never consider staying here again. They have brought the worst of USA to Thailand dishes sitting in halls for days, pools closed all the time, broken elevator and no bellman to help carry bags upstairs. This is a dump"

"Central location to Kata. Very nice and wonderful staff. Rooms were clean and had nice air conditioning. Taxi service available. Good convenient stay, but wouldn’t call it luxury"

"Stayed 2 years on the trot and it’s lovely, my only concern now is it seems to be catering for the Muslim community which is fine but this factors in the food for breakfast. The pool was way too warm we asked the pool attendant numerous times to chill it but came on deaf ears. The pool tiles are dated and need change ASAP as they have very sharp edges and could be a problem for young children ( to which there are many at this resort. Overall 2 and a bit resort sorry"

"Really good experience. Fantastic welcome with ice cream and drink. Really friendly and welcoming staff. Room was great, unfortunately we were given a top floor room as the lift was out of service until Sept 26 but they helped with luggage so was slightly less annoying. Would have been absolute perfect if the lift wasn’t broken"

"This property was one of the best we've stayed at. Amenities were fantastic. Room was modern clean and spacious. Breakfast was magnificent. Hotel is close to beach, restaurants and bars. Check in was quick and easy."
