"Navatara Hotel and their staff were exceptional. I was surprised by the service the day I arrived, and it continued to be exeptional. There were items like a beach bag, always plenty of water bottles, the room was always nice and clean, cool (AC). The breakfast was average but always plenty. The ladies at the reception desk were so sweet and always helpful and caring. Everyone kept the Hotel in great shape. The guys always took me to the beach with their truck or to see the sunset. Many decent restaurants within walking distance and the local market was very close. There was a really nice beach on the east coast within a 15 minute walk as well. "Book at SunSuri..we checked in, went to SunSuri and booked our stay there, checked out of Le Piman 2 hours later and they refused a refund. Barely any AC in the room. Small rooms, no ventilation in the restroom, out of date. "

"We had a great stay at My Beach Resort Phuket. It’s a smaller, unique hotel that feels very peaceful and relaxing. The service was excellent and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. The restaurant and breakfast were both very good, and everything felt easy and enjoyable during our stay. The massages right in front of the hotel were also a really nice touch and added to the overall relaxing vibe. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quieter stay in Phuket."

"Sehr schönes, super ruhig und idyllisch gelegenes älteres 5 Sterne Resort.Der weisse Sandstrand wird über eine sehr häufig fahrende Zahnradbahn erreicht oder über einen Weg der durch die Anlage führt.Das Hotel hat mehrere Spezialitätenrestaurants, die alle sehr gut sind.Ferner gibt es eine Sportsbar mit Live-Musik.Dadurch gibt es aber keine Lärmbelästigung.Das britische GM-Management Team kümmert sich intensiv um Qualitätsmerkmale des Hotels.Dies lässt sich auch an der Anzahl der Stammgäste...

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pools are great for kids and very family friendly. Location is fairly close to the main street along the ocean where there's restaurants and massage parlors. Just about a 15 min walk. There's a 7/11 uphill the from the hotel that's about a 3 minute walk. The downside to the hotel is its level of cleanliness. My shower had mold and the couch had stains and hairs on it. My room had a foul odor of a wet towel and I believe it was coming from the ac unit....

"The building needs remodeling since the pictures in the internet do not match the actual condition of the property. Other than that, great location, friendly staff, clean spacious rooms and good breakfast options. Above all, the sunrise views make up for the first statement. "
