Great experience overall. The Rawai area was excellent with lots to do in close proximity to the location of this place. Many decent restaurants within walking distance and the local market was very close. There was a really nice beach on the east coast within a 15 minute walk as well. The units were well maintained with nice little touches like free water, snacks, coffees/teas, etc. The pools were nice and the property was well secured. The owner of the units along with the staff were really caring and accommodating, especially when someone traveling with us became ill and needed extra help. Great people and the nice location makes this one a winner.

The best experience at Phuket

There's really nothing to dislike about the entire condotel, the customer service was great and they assist very promptly. When i has an issue with my locker, they immediately send for help. The hotel is in a good location next to a family mart and seven eleven convenience store with atms. They have great housekeeping, well stocked-up supply of water and they provide bread, snacks, coffee and jam/butter, soft drinks in the fridge with a neat pantry. I am a light sleeper, and the room where i stayed in was great, i didnt hear any loud noises next doors. The shower facilities was awesome and new, hot showers were working and good sanitary supplies of shower gel, shampoo and they even have shavers provided. They have several pools, and is great to use for a quick swim. I'm really glad to chose this place for a stay and i believe i will return !

This is definitely a high-end, condo-like resort. The kind of place where you would go for a honeymoon or something. I was here for a few days, alone with my pint of Thai rum. The room is clean and spacious. Fridge, stove, sink, and microwave for cooking, etc. You could probably live here for a few months. When I arrived, it was a little rainy and the pathways around the complex were extremely slippery trying to navigate them with my $5 Walmart flip-flops.

Our room had everything we needed, was light and the balcony was a good size too. The area was nice and quiet and the pool area clean and well looked after. Housekeeping was also perfect. Very much recommend this property.

The Title

Hotel is right next to Rawai Beach. You can get cheaper rates for long tail island hopping or snorkeling. Conveniently located between mini-marts as well as amazing seafood and massages. Condo + Hotel style of living. Comes for room cleaning daily. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, room service is lacking. There are no in-room calls to the lobby, so forget morning calls and they provide cheap motorcycle rental but only allow me to make booking for min. 2 days when there is a 24hours option. Room amenities and room view was worth the buck. Definitely worth to consider.

Best hotel in Phuket (You’re in heaven)

This was an amazing experience, best service we had in the whole Thailand. You can speak with the owner directly on Imessage, she’s so amazing, she cares a lot about you ! I ll recommend this hotel to anyone who visit Phuket (Rawaii) you got amazing restaurant the Costa one minute beside the hotel and the best beach in Phuket at 8 minutes driving. If you wanna feel in Heaven during you’re trip, go there with no hesitation ! The pool, the sauna, the gym, the reception, the place, the staff, the owner, EVERYTHING is amazing ! It was my girlfriend Birthday and the owner come with a cake and a card wishes. I’ll gave not a 5 stars rate but a 5 Diamonds rate !!! Don’t wait and book this place, you’ll not believe it:)
