"This property is absolutely beautiful. It’s about 10 minutes from patong beach, which was fine. Just a 5-7USD grab car. Breakfast had so many options and all the food was great! One thing I do wish the front desk would have provided is a calendar of events that they have during the week of stay. There was a fire show Thursday afternoon near the lobby, and we did not know about it until we arrived in the lobby. The hotel is on a hill so you have to call a buggy every time you leave your room...

"This property was good. Super clean, staff were nice and it really accommodated to kids. Only down fall was that kids club you had to stay with your kids if they were under 5 and better breakfast options were needed. Also as soon as it hit 10:30AM they clear all the breakfast which I found annoying. "

The pool bar staff were excellent (helpful, prompt and very friendly) , the restaurant staff, whilst very friendly, struggled if there were more than 4 people to serve, and seems inept at getting food out in the right order or within a reasonable time. The arranged trip to James Bond island booked in reception was the highlight of the trip, and whilst the same provider is offered all down the strip, it's cheaper!...
