"I recently stayed at Sugar Marina Resort - Lagoon - Villas, Naiyang Beach and overall I had a really great experience.From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive. An employee immediately helped bring my luggage into the reception area, and check-in was smooth and easy. I was also offered a welcome drink, which was a really nice touch after traveling.The lobby itself was very clean, aesthetic, and relaxing. Once I got to the room, I was honestly impressed — it was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The hotel overall had a calm and peaceful atmosphere, and I appreciated that it never felt overcrowded or noisy.One thing that made the stay even more special was that I mentioned I was celebrating my birthday, and the staff surprised me with a cake and sang Happy Birthday for me, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. A special thank you to Aom, Pin, Reena, and Nie for their kindness and hospitality throughout my stay.The hotel restaurant was also very good, and the restaurant staff were always kind, patient, and welcoming throughout my stay. It really added to the overall relaxing experience. The staff overall were friendly and helpful, and the property itself was very well maintained. The only small improvement I would suggest is adding a full-length mirror in the rooms, as there was only a mirror in the bathroom.
