"We stayed 5D/4N, out of which the water pump was not working on our first 2 days/nights. The staff reacted quickly and came over to the villa to temporarily fix it (so that we could have water running in the showers, toilets and sinks). This was very inconvenient and uncomfortable especially since we had elderly and children in our group. Upon check-in, the staff informed us that housekeeping would occur every 2 days. However, in reality housekeeping only occurred on Day 2 and never again....

"I had a fantastic stay at Layalina Hotel and would highly recommend it. The room was spacious, beautifully designed and exceptionally comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Being able to step straight from my room into the pool was a real highlight. The hotel itself is in a perfect beachfront location, with Kamala Beach literally on your doorstep, making it easy to enjoy the sea, cafés and restaurants. The views are beautiful and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, always happy to assist with a smile. The amenities were excellent, the room was spotless, and everything was well maintained. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. A wonderful boutique hotel in an unbeatable location."

"HI, the property is very good and well maintained. The lagoon pool is really nice. Staff is helpful too. we had the swimup lagoon rooms which were nice, only issue was that though the room was decent sized, there's no place to sit at all. The bed is huge(basically the size of 2 queens) and theres another bed , so no place to sit and relax in the room. We didn't order room service at all, as there was no place to sit except the beds. infact on one side, you had to climb on the bed from the front as the side was really cramped. A couple of armchairs with a coffee table would have been nice. The food in the restaurants is good but with limited variety. Strangely the bakery/ coffee shop closes at 6pm! other than these minor irritants, our 6 day stay was really good."

Guest relation Raenelyn was amazing gave us information on top resturants around the beach and where to get a legit Thai massage. In Some kitchen, staff LetLet, Lovi, and Alyssa were very accommodating and made us feel at home."
