The sheets needed changing though which they were happy to do and there was no hand soap but they provided everything else wonderfully. I would stay again. "We stayed 5D/4N, out of which the water pump was not working on our first 2 days/nights. The staff reacted quickly and came over to the villa to temporarily fix it (so that we could have water running in the showers, toilets and sinks). This was very inconvenient and uncomfortable especially since we had elderly and children in our group. Upon check-in, the staff informed us that housekeeping would occur every 2 days. However, in reality housekeeping only occurred on Day 2 and never again....

"Thavorn Beach Village was honestly one of my absolute favourite hotels we have ever stayed in. The whole place felt incredibly theatrical — from the architecture of the hotel itself to the beautifully designed gardens, it genuinely felt like being inside a movie. Every corner had so much character and atmosphere, and the surroundings were absolutely stunning. Our room made the experience even more special because we had direct access to the pool, which was next level. Being able to step straight from the room into the water felt so luxurious and memorable. The entire stay felt unique, peaceful and almost magical. It wasn’t just a hotel stay — it felt like an experience in itself. Absolutely fantastic, and definitely a place I would happily return to. ❤️"
