"Great experience overall. The Rawai area was excellent with lots to do in close proximity to the location of this place. Many decent restaurants within walking distance and the local market was very close. There was a really nice beach on the east coast within a 15 minute walk as well. "This property was such a mix of good and bad. They had such friendly staff who were willing to help out with all of our requests, a great pool with direct access to the beach and beautiful views, and wonderful service in cleaning the rooms.
However, there was literally not a single decoration or wall hanging of any kind in any room in our suite. It was sterile and unwelcoming. In addition, the set up of how the bathroom connected to the rooms was not ideal for privacy. There was no way to...
