"I don’t EVER leave reviews but I have to leave a review for Chaiya Palace! This was one of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed at! The room was gorgeous and extremely clean. Housekeeping came everyday and they truly did an excellent job. It was so nice coming back to our beautifully made/cleaned room after a long day of adventuring. "This property desperately needs maintenance. The staff was confused and of little help. The curtains were falling down in the room. There were ants on the stained linen on the bed. There was a puddle of liquid in the refrigerator. There were holes in the walls. The windows failed to stop the noise from the street from coming into the room. I will not stay at this hotel again."
