very good service, dear staff, delicious breakfast. The owner was especially nice. We had some complications on the island but she helped us with everything.

Never again

Booked this hotel 2nd November got a message telling me there was a mistake there was no twin rooms left it would be a double room at no extra -When we arrived we got told there was no booking I had confirmation that I had booked and paid for 2 nights stay. The girl phoned her boss then she told us we could have studio at £600 baht extra why should I pay more money when it was not our mistake we got given one room for the night woke up in the morning to loads of bites , The we had to pack out thing and move to another room not much bigger than first room I was tired , angry , warm And hungry I did not need this all I can say is won't be going back as they put a damper on my holiday the girl did try and sort it

Hospitality at its best!!

I travel often and have stayed in several hotels but never have I had a hotels staff take good care of me this way. If you're looking for budget hotel or infact any comfortable stay in Koh Tao, this is the hotel for you. The hotels manager So is a gem, she will listen to your needs and give you the best hints on what and where to go on the Island. Great location(5 mins from the pier), clean room, good breakfast and GREAT staff! Highly recommended !!!

Great place to stay!

Really enjoyed staying here - we even extended our stay for another two nights. The road the guesthouse is located on is a little busy to walk along but this is the only downside. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a balcony to hang your wet swim stuff. If you pay for breakfast it's amazing - freshly baked bread, homemade jam, hams and cheeses... well worth the additional cost. Owner of the guesthouse and restaurant are both lovely and very helpful. Could not recommend more!

Comfortable clean hotel with friendly staff

I traveled through Thailand 3 weeks and this was the best hotel I stayed. The hotel staff was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I was met with smiles when I arrived and tips when I left. The hotel overall is new from what I can tell and about a 7 minute walk from the Pier you come in on. The nicer beaches are at opposite ends of the island and this hotel was in the middle. I walked to one end of the island the first day (45 minutes) and the other end the second day (hour 15) but there are scooters to rent all over the place for about 150-250 baht/day and also ample taxis if walking isn't your thing. The room was basic but very clean and comfortable with a nice bed and fast wifi. Would definitely stay here again on later visit.
