"Great place to spend a vacation touring Praque"

"I enjoy this weekend the hotel, but the restaurant and bar staff failed terribly, the wait staff and bar management failed, causing me to make complaint about the service."

"チェックイン時の老人はwelcomeの一言も無く重い荷物を持った私を見て、何をしに来たのか？といった態度。非常に横柄、無礼で不快に感じました。奥の角の部屋を当てが割れたのですが暫くすると空調とも言えない異音が不定期かつ断続的に絶え間なく続いて初日は落ち着いて眠れませんでした。シャワーの温度は微調整次第では熱湯になります。胸に軽いやけどをしました。朝食は種類も多く美味しかったのですが他は程度の低いホテルです。"

"Beautiful traditional Italian interior design. Convenintly located on the Prague Castle side of the Danube, the area seemed less busy with easy access to numerous shops and restaurants. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant with a gorgeous view of the city. It also hosts the CODA toprated restaurant. There is a music library with numerous recordings and music litterature. We came here because Fairmont Golden Prague could not extend our stay there and are now very happy for the experience."

"The hotel was fine, but a little dated. It was a bit noisy at night because the corridors were tiled, not carpeted and the room doors were heavy and closed loudly."

"Hotel was pretty central, very clean and lovely ambience about it. Staff courteous and friendly. Breakfast was amazing so much choice ot was fantastic. Loved the ginger shots in the morning very nice touch. Would recommend. Only gripe I would have is shower very small, and bed pillows not great. I would go back again."

"The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for us! Virtually everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. The room was very comfortable and the staff really nice."

"For the price, room was good size, but furniture little too "soviet" for my taste; and the shower was pretty small. The staff though are great, as is the location, 5 minutes walk to closest metro, that can get you to the center in around 10-15 minutes. Thwt have breakfast, but i did not try, so i can't comment on that. Overall a decent stay."

"The hotel was located in a convenient place. Very clean place, beautiful lobby. Rooms were clean and the AC was a blessing. They booked us taxi on the day of our leaving and since we were leaving early, they had prepared breakfast package for us"
