I decided to book with Bestwestern
Upon arrival I was greeted! The lobby was clean. Coffee was fresh and hot. Room was great! We slept well.. this will be where I’ll be staying whenever I visit. Thank you Best Western and Staff!!"

"Customer service sucked. Lobby smelled like old pine sol. Upstairs has all connecting rooms. There was no elevator. Rooms are filthy, shower was not clean microwave or fridge. No smart tv to watch shows. They didn’t even have a phone in the room. No security doors the place was horrible. They need to put more love into the building. Unbelievable."
