But one of the receptionist was rude , I said hi , good morning and give her a big smile but she just literally ignore , rolled her eyes didn’t say anything .She ruin my sister in law first day in Prague . "This is a family owned hotel in a great Old Town area of Prague. Staff is extremely helpful and attentive. Can walk almost everywhere from the hotel. The only criticism I have is you have to use a large key to enter and exit the room. No waving a card."
