"Check-in was great, Ashai in the front desk was so welcoming, The room was great and clean. Room service was nice as well. I was most excited for the pool and it was nice. They didn't have the pool side bar operational so that was a bummer and service to the pool was a bit complicated. Also the next day we went to the pool before check out and there were no towels, I called the front desk and they said they would refill them but never did. The lobby was very nice with bar and a cafe. The valet was reasonable and efficient. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again for sure."

"The hotel was under renovation but could hardly tell on the inside. From checking in to entering our room was seamless. No dust, no detours, no hassles. The only bad thing was that the valet app didn't work so it took a little more time to retrieve our vehicle. Our room was spacious, nice view of the city. AC worked perfectly for it being a hot day in Houston. Staff was friendly and helpful."
