"The parking lot was full and we could hear a lot of noise at night. The bathroom is just too small. The hotel is clean and our daily service was excellent."

"The constant fan option did not work. So noise from mini fridge and people upstairs kept me awake. Then at 4 AM, a woman and her child were walking up and down the hall and being very loud. I was on the first floor, there is no way the front desk could not hear them, If there was anyone there. I would like a refund."

"Fabulous. The hotel is located just steps from the arch and right across the street from the historic courthouse. We walked many places downtown. The staff is friendly and helpful and everything was very clean. The view from our room was gorgeous. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay."
