"A brand new IHG hotel here in Labuan Bajo. I've never stayed at any hotel in the IHG group where the service has been this good. The standard of service here by all members of staff from all departments has been only 5 stars. I'm embarrassed to single out any staff member"

"Basic room, nice staffs and good location.
But. They allow smokers to smoke on the top floor patio which causes the entire building to smell like cigs. Even during the Breakfast hours, they allow smoking resulting in second hand smoking for breakfast.
There's no wifi.
Towels are dingy.
Door has a gap which allows unruly tourists noise and cigarette smells to come in.
We requested early breakfast box the day before in the morning but we did not get any as the cook did not show up. Staffs...
