"Wonderful hotel! Largest hotel room I have ever encountered at a very good price. My only complaint was I had a lot of traffic noise but I think that was an individual room issue . It’s a big place my room was just one near the road. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and a wonderful mix of luxury and amenities. Loved the pool and my kids loved game room."

"I had forgotten that I’d stayed here a few years back. Not much has changed. I’m sure this place was swanky back in the 70’s. The upper hallways were extremely warm. The AC, while hellishly outdated, worked well in my room. That was about the only bright spot. The room was clean, spacious, & comfortable. Everything else, not so much. The closest elevator was out of service, as was the closest ice machine. You’d think they’d label the broken elevator on the FIRST FLOOR, since it’s the 1st you’d...

"Our first mistake was booking through Expedia. When you book through a third party, the property is limited on what they can do. But we had a rough experience. The room they gave us smelled strongly of must and cigarette. So I asked to move rooms but they told me they were completely booked out. So I asked for an air purifier and then they told me they had a downgraded room we could have. So we took it. We've stayed at this property before and had a better experience but this one was garbage....

"I ended up at this hotel when the hotel that I was to stay at canceled my reservation the day that I was to arrive. John went above and beyond to answer any questions and help in any way he could. The food was outstanding. The bar/restaurant was very comfortable. The Marguerita’s were awesome. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everyone that I encountered was very professional and helpful. The pool / hot tub was beautiful. Highly recommended."
