"The "easy" in their name means easy for them, difficult for you. No phone in the room, so if you need something you had to go down to the front desk. Cleaning only once every 4 days. The AC would turn off every hour during the day and there wasn't a window to open. So, if you left the room at 8:30a and returned at 4p, the room would be hot and stuffy on warm days. Also, checkout was at 10a instead of noon like all the other hotels we stayed at in Spain. They also charged for early check-in, even if it was only 1 hour. Overall, everything they do they try to make it sound like they're doing it for the environment, when in reality it is just for the money. Easy for them, difficult for you."

That being said, our room (817) was not the greatest it was just below the restaurant and was noisy after dinner till about 1 am. "

"Everything was really good, room was spacious and clean and the amenities were great. We stayed for three nights, the apartment is walking distance to all the central sites and the bus / metro is very convenient to navigate as there is a bus stop close by. There is a mercadona outside and the local cafes are fantastic. Really good stay."

"The hotel is at walking distance to central part of Valencia. Value for money, well maintained property. The room was big enough for 2 people and the open door standing balcony was highlight of the room. Public transport incl. Transport for airport was easily accessible. Def recommend this property to stay."
