"The best hotel"

"The only issue I really had, was the fact that housekeeping did a mediocre job. Three out of the five days I had to go to the front desk and ask for more coffee. Housekeeping never refilled the coffee essentials. And another minor thing, the room came with a sofa bed, and there was no line for it in the room. So, I had to go to the front desk to get it. Overall, the hotel is very well kept, and the front desk is very helpful."

"The picture on the site was misleading. This should be called a motel, not a hotel. We were given an outside-entry room that looked nothing like the photos, and none of this was disclosed. The room and the entire environment were dirty, including the reception. The first staff member we met was rude, cold, and unhelpful. The WiFi didn't work, and guests were entered in on paper.
