"Good modern clean hotel centrally located."

"The location was amazinglyat the footsteps of the central train station and the Galleria shopping center. Room was modern and quite large enough with comfort. TV could use less Polski chsnnels. Most guests were Polish. While somevof the staff were very polite and helpful many on the weekend were rude and polite only with the Polski, Ukranian guests. Carpet in the hallwaywas old and should be replaced by wood, tile or any other modern material. Should hire more professiinsl staff & not just stidents who can speak English!"

"We booked the studio deluxe room and it was spacious and clean. You have to ask at the front desk desk to have your room served if you want clean towels or more coffee and tea supplied.. The staff is friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is very impressive - an assortment of hot & cold choices. The restaurant has delicious food and a full menu. We had a free two hour visit to the spa to use the hot and saunas daily. It was a great way to unwind from a busy day. We didn’t partake in any massages, so no comment on that. It is a great hotel and we would definitely stay there again if our path takes us back to Oswiecim."

"The only negative thing is that they only had a person working on-site less than half the time. However, they have key lock boxes for each room, give you the combination, and keep the key inside. They also include a phone number you can call if there ARE issues. With that being said... The room was incredible. Small (I don't need big), with a bet suitable for a couple. The bathroom was also small, but fully functional, with good hot water in the shower. A minor nit-pick... I do not understand the European custom of a shower with no door, so know you will be getting that. However, you get that at a GREAT DEAL of places in Europe, so that's more of a "so you are informed" than a "this is bad." Heat worked perfectly (and with it actively snowing, that was solid), and there was a shoe rack with a mat under it so your shoes could drip dry and not mess up the floor. If I ever come back to this city, I WILL be staying here again."

"Unfortunately, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. In the morning, the cleaners also appeared to forget that guests were still in the room sleeping. However, the reception staff were amazing. All the girls we met were very helpful and apologetic for the issues, even though stuff were beyond their control. Their professionalism really stood out. The location is very good."
