"EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT"

"The room I booked was supposed to have two queen beds but was actually two twin beds and was located in the basement and cramped. Also there was noisy foot traffic late into the night and early morning. To top things off there was not hot water in the shower in the morning."

"This hotel was amazing! The staff was great! it was my friends birthday and Sayed gave us wine at check in which was so nice! The bar was gorgeous and so was our room. I have no complaints!!"

"Just a few little quibbles. The Pembroke lunch and dinner menus were trying too hard to be "fancy." Nothing under $16 for breakfast, and no burger for dinner. The Doyle was the other extreme; a desert at breakfast time (9:30?); has to track down the server. Having to call room service for ice every darned time was a drag. The TV selection could have been better. And I had real problems getting the in-room coffee brewer to work."
