"They gave our family a corner room which was very quiet. The street facing us did not have too much traffic, and even with the traffic, the room was pretty silent. King size beds for 4 people was a game changer, we all slept very well. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was nice, we didn't interact with them very much. Restaurant and bar was delightful. I wish they had a kid's menu for dinner choices, we would have ordered more often from them. A terrific stay!"

"When you enter the hotel it seems so fancy and high end! The room was lovely and had all the amenities we needed! It was great there is a Starbucks in the lobby! The hotel is clean and new. It is convenient to the metro and restaurants. We'd definitely stay here again!"

"Loved the unique atmosphere. Tiny elevator, hot hallways without air, very dimly lit hallways, air didn't cool the room to match the thermostat, no access to an ice machine so had to wait over an hour for someone from the front desk to bring some, bed and pillows were too firm, and the shower head sprayed sporatically. Valet parking was very nice and the valet attendance were wonderful! Check in and check out was a very easy process and the location was great!"

"The service and staff are outstanding. Andrew at reception was terrific. The club level is worth it and the concierge staff there are fantastic and go above and beyond. Jenny and Kathy were standouts, but everyone was just terrific in the club lounge. Stayed 9 days while high school daughter participated in a program at a local university and toured colleges. Hotel is in a great location and we never waited more than 2 minutes for an Uber. I’ve stayed at many Ritz Carlton Hotels and this hotel...
