I encounter no hand towel in many of the toilets, dirty cups from the bar, dirty plates in the restaurant.. The hotel was looking tired and the staff overworked . "Plenty of secure parking at the hotel and very easy to check in - the welcome drink was excellent and very refreshing after the drive from El Jem! The room was clean and spacious, and the WiFi worked well in the hotel. The dinner options were very good and the breakfast (included) was excellent. They were happy for me to leave the car on site after checking out for the rest of the day while I explored Kairouan before my evening drive up to Enfidha Airport. The hotel is well located, easy walking distance to the mosque and the main attractions in the medina. I’d recommend for anyone visiting Kairouan."
