"To begin, it took over an hour to check in. Granted, we came about 30 minutes before check-in so we understandably waited, but was confused when it was well after the stated check in time. However, we waited. We figured they were cleaning up the room. We were informed the front door was actually broken and it’d take about 15 more minutes to be checked-in. Top Kong Pisei Hotel Reviews

Baitong Hotel & Resort

Baitong Hotel & Resort

10/10 Excellent
"Baitong means "green" in Khmer and that truly shows in this hotel/resort. The pictures you see of the Forest Garden Pool is way better in ́person. The staff is great, very nice and polite. I booked the Terrace Garden View, I liked it but I think I should have booked the Pool View instead. I did like the privacy of the terrace, but the room is hidden behind the forest and that is all the view. Still a great room! The buffet breakfast was good. I like the egg station and the noodle soup station. The buffet is a mix of Khmer/Asian/Western options. Location of the hotel is also ideal, very near Independence Monument. Overall I highly recommend."
