"Staff was terrible which is what made the stay miserable. The staff only cares for people that tip them or locals. They treated our family from out of country like we were nobody’s. There is no food selection, they say 5 restaurants, they only have 3 that are open throughout the day. Also there beach is no on the resort you need to walk to it! The pool by the beach is super small too! Also they don’t offer water bottle they offered a 32 ounce crate that you as a guest must fill at their water...

"To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was...

"5 Frogs Hotel is situated in a great location on a street that runs parallel to the beach and is lined with many restaurants, bars, and shops just 2 minutes from the beach. The property is beautiful and very well-maintained. There are 2 pools. There is also a bar on the premises with large TVs for watching sports etc. The GM, David, is the most courteous, helpful, and friendly person we've met at any hotel or restaurant anywhere.
