It says all inclusive but there are many hidden charges. It says amenities but nothing is actually available and you have to pay charges to use certain amenities. So it’s not all inclusive. Hotel and staff are not very flexible. This is different from other all inclusive hotels in Puerto Vallarta. Disappointing. Kids club is not really kids club it’s a small playground "
