Greeting at the front desk. She was so lovely and welcoming. Room had everything we needed and location was good. We could hear the next room though very clearly. Was probably the only down side

Quest Frankston on the Bay
Overall the room was in good condition, though there were a couple of issues. First off one of the bedside lamps was off due to a power outlet issue and the toilet seat was loose. The staff on duty were helpful. The mattress was too soft and could be improved with a new firmer one.

The onsite manager was very nice. However the room was not as advertised. On the website details it says 2 bathrooms. It only has 1. The website adverises full fridge - Not the case.
