"Chegamos no hotel, e tivemos a surpresa de que o mesmo nao tinha um quarto para a duracao de nossa reserva, apos uma longa discussão com o hotel acabamos reservando o JW marriot ao lado por 4x o preco que estavamos pagando e exigimos uma noite gratuita no dia da chegada, os mesmos nos informaram que podiamos comer por cortesia no hotel como nao haviam taxis ou carros na propriedade para nos levar a nenhum restaurante. No dia seguinte nos cobraram a refeição (terrivel). "

"Out of the city, infested with pegions, rooms are dated with old keys, floors squeak, NO HOT WATER! Maintenance told me that you have to keep the water running for 5-6 minutes before hot water will finally arrive. And I was being charged an arm and a leg for staying here!
On the plus side, the pool and garden are quite beautiful and the place looks like an old palace from the outside."

"Rambagh Palace is a gorgeous property! Our family of 4 greatly enjoyed our stay there despite some issues. We booked through Expedia.com, clearly indicating one of our party members was 17 years old, but when we arrived at Rambagh Palace, the check in person was saying our son should be charged as an adult, although this did not happen at any of the other properties (Oberoi Amarvilas, Oberoi Sukhvilas and Oberoi Wildflower) we booked on Expedia.com concurrently.
