"The main areas of the property seem quite well maintained. However, when it comes to the rooms that seems to be a different story. We had a two bedroom unit and one bathroom in particular was not very clean. There was a bit of black mould in the corner, which is a big health concern. The toilet also hadn’t been cleaned properly! When I brought this to the attention of the front staff, they apologize but did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Very disappointing. I had even showed them...

"The Baker Hotel was very clean and the staff were all communicative and helpful. We mostly just needed a quick overnight stay on our way to Banff from Montana. This was the perfect midpoint. Highly recommend."
