"Great hotel. Stayed already 3 times there. Very clean, very friendly and welcoming staff at reception, restaurant. Great location: not far from airport, walking distance to the center. Rooms are spacious, with amenities in bathroom and tea coffee facilities. Great SPA. Great breakfast. Try Sushi'n'Stick, highly recommended. The best hotel to stay,highly recommended "

"i had booked a room with upgrade so the bathroom was modern and nice. However, other people in my group booked the economy room and their bathroom was tiny and old with just pedestal sink and no hair dryer. The breakfast is good with lots of choices to get going. Location was super with a short walk to Tarnby station and supermarket is close by. Microwave in lobby was helpful. We stayed here 4 nights and it served our purpose while we explored copenhagen."

"Nice comfortable stay. The rooms were on the slightly smaller side but still clean and tidy. Nice hotel lobby with TV’s for communal use which creates a nice atmosphere. Staff at front desk not very friendly when approached and weren't even greeted with a smile. They won’t hold baggage either if you arrive before check in. There is a room for paid lockers but if they are full they wernt accommodating to keep them leaving us walking around the city with our suitcases till check in."

"We arrived to Copenhagen at 6:30am, the staff helped us store our luggage. We were able to check in a bit early because of availability, which was so lovely after our long trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable. We enjoyed refreshing in the sauna. The breakfast buffet was very good. It is a short walk to the central station and Tivoli Gardens, and many attractions. Bus stations to other areas are close by. Felt very safe and comfortable."

"Good location near the train station and main tourist area. Rooms are small but adequate with a bar and basic food items. The bathroom is very small with the shower similar to the enclosed tubes the contestants in the Hunger Games are raised up in heading to the starting area. Overall good."
