Hotellet har potential men det är alldeles för mörkt, slitet på sina håll, dyster belysning och knappt någon personal. Det fanns en del att välja på vid frukosten och den dög för mig.

Mycket mycket trög vattenavstängning i handfat.

Huvudingången till hotellet fungerade inte under tiden som hotellet var stängd. Jag blev "inlåst". Visste sedan tidigare boende att det finns två in- utgångar. Gick till den andra utgången och kunde lämna hotellet. Informerade receptionen om detta och nästa dag fungerade det.

Vart besviken på hotellet som renoverads och tog fölt pris, väldigt dålig frukost och fick dricka kaffe i pappabuggar och äta på pappatalrika. Dålig frukost, är tveksam till åter besök. Gången före vi låg på hotellet vart vi ut låsta på kvällen och fick vänta på nattvakten i en halvtimme!

terrible place

We felt so unsafe that we left the place in the middle of the night and found another hotel to spend the night at. the hotel writes that there is a 24-hour reception - this is not true.

Väldigt besviken

Inchecknig gick bra, men ingen information om att det inte gick att få mat i restaurangen, ingen information om att kod behövdes för att komma in på hotellet, blev utestängda... Nonchalans i receptionen. Frukost under all kritik, var ner i restaurangen 07,30 och fick smörgås med skinka och ost, allt som fans. Inget hotell jag återkommer till eller kan rekommendera.

Ofräscht, dålig service och usel frukost

Måste vara ett av de sämsta hotell jag någonsin bott på. Rummen känns som 70-tal där enda uppgraderingen är en platt-tv på väggen. Målad tegelvägg inne i rummet, blandaren i badrummet var av samma modell jag växte upp med på 70-talet. Fogarna i duschen var spruckna och flertalet borrhål i kakel där det saknades silikon. Fanns bara ett badlakan till dubbelrummet. Gick till receptionen för att få ett till. Fick vända tillbaka med ”titta i skåpet under skrivbordet. Där kan det finnas”. Frukosten var den sämsta någonsin på hotell i Sverige. Att bara slänga fram en rostbrödspåse och ha 2-3 olika pålägg andas knappt ens motell. Juice odrickbar, äggröran var rinnig. Jag förstår att hotell haft det svårt under pandemin. Men klarar man inte att leverera bättre än så här kanske man bör stänga hotellet. Min fråga blir hur Best Western tillåter så här undermåliga hotell vara med i kedjan.

Akta er!

Det här hotellet kan jag verkligen inte rekommendera! Urtråkigt läge vid idrottshallar och industriområde, inredning och standard är 70-tal. Badrummet sjukhusstandard. Då hjälper det inte att man kallar det ”superior” för att det står hästens sängar i rummet och tar bra betalt. Här behövs en insats: renovera eller demolera!

The Hotel e looked a bit shabby and worn down in the halls and reception but I was surprise that the room was actually very nice! Breakfast was ok for Scandinavian hotels (normally better than most). Tmin walking to the City center. A bit much noise since it is situated in the middle of two gas station where they did "dragracing" every night.
