"When we checked into our room it was dirty. Cups were left in the sink,the floor had not been mopped,stains on the couch,and the living room table had sticky stains and hair on it. If you are bringing a device to hook up HDMI on the tv it may not work. However,front desk staff was nice, always present and went over all amenities."

"However housekeeping did not clean the rooms everyday. The housekeeping staff first cleans the checkout rooms first. Then if time premits they will clean the occupied rooms. You may have to refresh your room yourself and get your towels and other consumables items from the front desk. The breakfast was excellent comparable to some of your better breakfast restaurants. "Room was ok. Floors with no carpet and too slick. The room felt damp. Room was clean. No amenities like hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner. Only a bar of soap and 2 towels. Full kitchen but nothing in it. You have to bring your own kitchen supplies or buy theirs. Hallway carpet very old and dirty. Hall way smelled. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. There was a yelling match in the room next door to us the first night and next morning but very quiet the next two nights."

"Elevator was out. We walked 3 flights with bags. The room number was "taped" to the wall in blue painter's tape ??? The Staff was nice and apologetic. The lobby and room was okay. I was promised a credit $20 that never came."

"This is a beautiful hotel. The staff attitude towards guests that pay high $$ for rooms could certainly improve. We had difficulty with our room key and front desk staff kept sending us between the room floor and the lobby for help, and security even said we were the 4th issue with keys. If they would explain how to use the key (hold still over sensor for 2-3 seconds) it would have saved alot of aggravation. Our room was very small for $265 a night but could be because it was an Expedia room....

"The place was OK but the lady at the front desk is very rude. She has no manners and in the middle of our conversation trying to check in. She just rolls off in her chair and goes and watches TV behind the wall. She was very hateful and I’ll never go there again because of her."

"If you are going to Graceland, this is the only place to stay. You can walk to Graceland from the Guest hotel or take a shuttle. The staff are wonderful and the on site food amenities are great. It may be a little bit more, but it is worth it."
