"Great staff, convenient location, nice large lobby cafe area. Room and bathroom are both a little dated, double pane windows but street noise can still be heard. Our king room with sitting area/sofa bed is good space for a NYC hotel room at this price point."

"Broadway Plaza was the perfect place for my first visit to NYC. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very nice, clean, and had plenty of space. The view was a huge plus! The location was great with easy access to everything and we were able to see so much during our stay. There are also some excellent restaurants within close proximity. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I’m fortunate enough to visit NYC in the future!"

"Room was beautiful, very European and chic. Carmenelli cafe is wonderful for breakfast and dinner, portrait is an extremely popular bar. Staff was very friendly.The view from our room was not very good."

"Hotel was very clean and comfortable, staff extremely helpful. The location was very central. All in all I was very satisfied with my stay. The room had two double beds as expected and a clean and modern bathroom. Some noise coming from outside occasionally but thats NYC. There was a small resturant area that served breakfast at an additional cost. Check out was 11am we were able to check out at 12 for no extra cost. 1 dollar fee per bag for storage. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Our stay at the Bryant Park Hotel was excellent. The location on the park is wonderful. The hotel itself was very nice with prompt room service and surprisingly spacious rooms. My only low rating was the fitness room, as it is small and has limited equipment."

I chose to stay because the staff was genuinely kind, accommodating, and professional throughout my visit. Their customer service is the main reason I gave the hotel another chance. "NYC is expensive so 500 a night is the going rate for a decent hotel. We chose this place because its was close to our daughter’s apartment. Again not bad and 20 minutes walking distance to Penn station. Room is a bit small but well decorated and very clean."
