"Das Personal war sehr freundlich aber das Zimmer hat sehr über gerochen, der komplette Teppich war absolut dreckig mit vielen kleinen und einem extrem großen Fleck. Der Mülleimer war kaputt genau wie die Tür zum Pool. Am Pool lagen mehrere Schirme auf dem Boden rum. Allgemein war das kein 4 Sterne Feeling. Ich war sehr unangenehm berührt von dem Aufenthalt und hätte erwartet, dass man mir zumindest das Wasser als Entschädigung entlässt. Auch das ist nicht passiert."

"It’s in the middle of the old town, so convenient. Breakfast is included, just a famous restaurant downstairs. No parking in the old town for sure, just take a uber to the gate which connects to the bridge, and walks about 3 minutes, then you can reach the hotel. "Updated, clean hotel conveniently located to wonderful things, and priced well. Our room had a water view, which we thought would be wonderful BUT the hotel is on a busy corner and it was noisy with traffic and people at the gas station across the street. Steam and sauna nice touch!"
