"Upon walking in you will find random, old light fixtures that don't work, curtain rods falling in half so you can't shut the curtains, nasty toilet seats, holes in the walls, no comforters (only a sheet), a shower that none of my family would step foot in. Now, the property....the pool had a hazard sign on the gate from the city that it is not safe to swim in. Staff was not friendly at check-in. We tried to stay elsewhere, but nothing was available. We will NEVER be back. And it wasn't even...

"I stayed for 2 nights. I booked a king room and when I opened my door to my room I got 2 queens. I didn’t go complain. Room was clean. But on the second night I noticed a dehumidifier on the first floor in the hallway. Plus there were missing ceiling tiles in the hallway on the second floor where I was staying. Had a musty smell when I was walking down the hallway. Hotel does need some TLC. The bonus is it’s right next to Cracker Barrel. Definitely needs an upgrade to this hotel."

"I always stay at this hotel whenever I’m working in the West Palm Beach area, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, which is especially important after a long workday, and my crew is always able to rest well. The breakfast is also very good and convenient before starting the day. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel has become our preferred place to stay whenever we’re working in the area. Highly recommended!"

There were a few gray spots on the ceiling of the bathroom. The fan didn't blow strongly. Also, I forgot my slippers. The rug needed to be shampooed. I mistakenly walked on it barefoot. "Nice hotel. Breakfast was good. The rooftop bar was a disappointment as it looked unkept and the service was slow. Housekeeping didn’t service our room for 2 days, which was a disappointment especially after a beach day. The location is great. But, if you want to take your dog to the beach, you will have to walk or do a short drive about 10 blocks to get to the dog friendly part of the beach. There are no microwaves on the property, which made it hard to reheat leftovers. Overall, this property...
