"If you simply need a place to crash for a CMAC show, it's fine albeit a bit overpriced for what you get. There was dust and grime in the corners of the rooms, and you can tell they haven't washed the walls in a long time."

"It was clean, staff was pleasant. Room was big enough for our bikes. The room was quiet and was accessible to Empire State trail."

"Only one set of towels for 2 people. Never received additional towels or pillow. Had to use my cell phone to call the desk because the room phone did not have a cord to the handset. Refrigerator leaking water all over the floor. Hair dryer didn't work. Air in water pipes, so it whistled all thru showering."

"Had to wait 25 minutes to get waited on. Opened the door to the room & the smell about knocked us over. Couldn’t stay in the room or would have been sick. Went back to office & had to wait another 15 minutes for someone to help us. Boy that came to help said he was sorry. I asked for a refund & he told me he couldn’t since I didn’t pay him. Left & had to get another room at a better place @ hope I can get my money back"
