"The staff were exceptionally helpful. They tried their best but the rooms were very old and oddly placed. We could hear things through the walls. Stay for the location and the wonderful staff but don’t spend much time in the rooms."

"Rooms were clean, and the inside of the property was clean. There was a lot of construction going on in the area, and the staff did not help show us what activities or things to do in the area, so we got lost a few times. Also we weren't told that the AC units weren't working and there was no other alternatives rooms were hot."

"I arrived very late, but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, I booked a classic room and it was still quite spacious. Excellent location for the price. When I checked out the staff asked if I wanted to leave my bag at the hotel, which I really appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant stay and great value."

"We were not aware that there is a street parking spot right in front of the hotel for unloading our bags. Information on off-site parking should be offered automatically. In the suite all the blinds are in terrible shape, and some cannot be closed. The bathroom door knob is very worn out. More coffee, sugar and cream bags should be available for at least the duration of the stay."
