Hotel was spacious. The aircon was not too cold or hot. Had a really good rest during our 4 nights there. Only downside was the housekeeping did not clean the floor. Also need to request if you need to have your towel changed daily. The staffs are quick to attend to your needs. Recommended hotel to stay if you are in KB

The room was perfect for one night. While s bit small, everything was clean, in good working order and exactly as advertised. The shower and bed were highlights… until I dealt with the front desk upon checking out. I didn’t get the man’s name but the guy on the desk on the morning of November 5, 2022 went way beyond what I would have expected when I asked for some info regarding busses to Thailand. Absolutely stellar service!

Value for money
Satisfying hotel accommodation, just like hotels in Japan where the use of space is very maximal. The design is simple, attractive and most importantly the level of cleanliness is very satisfactory. It is recommended to stay here, suitable for couples and families because it has a large swimming pool, a large lobby space for relaxing or doing tasks. Has many socket connections and fast internet. It's just that the breakfast is a bit limited, but around the hotel there are many cheap places to eat. The view of the hotel surroundings from the room is really beautiful. In short, everything is satisfactory and worth the price of the hotel offered. For improvements, a tarred and covered parking lot is proposed.

overall we are satisfy with this hotel. The staff is friendly especially the front desk. Room condition is good. They even provide coffee maker. This is impress me. But the bed condition is not so good. It have squishing sound when roll on it. It happen on both room I booked.

I’m having my daughter’s wedding event at Royal Hall, ibis Styles Kota Bharu. The wedding was held successfully. Top notch service from the hotel staffs we dealt with, no flaws and professional, friendly attitude from the staffs. I also booked 1 room for my daughter’s wedding, and surprisingly we got free upgrade to Deluxe Suite room with honeymoon setup. The hotel also provides free coffee machine in every guest room. The best hotel in Kota Bharu I can say. Thank you for providing us with a memorable wedding for all the right reasons. Definitely will be our preferred hotel in Kota Bharu!

Service level needs to step up
Checking in was slow and the receptionist was super lacking on customer service with no courtesy to inform about the chosen room-type (deviated from what was earlier requested) prior passing the room key until I personally discovered upon entering the room. It was frustrating even when the receptionist not showing effort to help when called from the room. That person was incompetent, not fully trained or maybe not fit for the role. Room service was slow too. It’s such a shamed when u experienced this flaw of basic hospitality within a global hotel brand under a prestigious Accor group. Won’t come back!
