I put up a bad review bcos the hotel is actually under renovation..n luckily I didn't make any online payment yet. I actually booked a non existing hotel.

The hotel is old hotel and need to update the room
The door was not provied safety lock, not bath soup provied, the hot water not function, the bed sheet was darty and the aircon unit was darty.

Hotel need to do renovation
Bad air circulation, room facilities need to upgrade (towel, bed, tv, wardrobe, chair), clear all stuff outside room important for customer safety (block emergency lane)

It is with mixed feelings staying at Sabrina Court Hotel. The anguish of having weak WIFI signal at the hotel room & the under average room conditions was compensated by proximity to supermarkets, shopping malls, food courts & open air markets.

Menceriakan kembali hiasan dalaman sabrina hotel.
Ceriakan hiasan dalaman bilik dengan warna cat yg lebih menarik. Karpet ditukar utk lebih bersesuaian, sediakan jaq utk memasak air panas.

semalaman di sabrina court hotel
Wi-fi yang disediakan tidak memuaskan kerana tidak boleh digunakan di dalam bilik dan slow. Tv juga tidak memuaskan kerana hanya boleh menonton setengah siaran dan keadaan bilik air agak kotor. Parking yang disediakan juga tidaK mencukupi untuk pelanggan hotel.

This hotel is fine for a couple of nights stay. Very basic and worn out, could do with a complete refurb if im honest. Cheap and thats about it. Its very close to the Thai Consulate as it is within a 10 minutes walk away, which was the purpose of my visit.

Used serai Wangi to get rid the cockroach smell and don't forget to print your booking receipt as their prove to claim to hotel.com

The room condition needs refurbished.the room was so dusty and the toilet so dirty and smelly. I think houseshop hotel is better than this hotel... bed was support by block stone. Fell down at nite. none none and none. Hope expedia can do a visit.

One night stay only
Hotel is OK for a one night or two night stay. Kota Bharu as nothing of an attraction to anyone unless do a visa run (Thai Consulate just 10 minute walk) or on your way to Perhentian Islands. Hotel is tired and out of date with poor maintenance, poor furnishings and poor facilities. Bonus near to the one and only bar in KB and close to China town. Internet may as well be none, I was using Pizza huts free WiFi, thank you Pizza hut.

Strategic location, very helpful staff
Location: walking distance to Siti Khadijah market, bus & taxi terminal , fast food, pharmacy, department stores, mosque. A 24-hr food court is just across the road. Facilities: The standard room is quite big for a budget hotel. A hot water dispenser is available on every floor, hot water flask in every room. Carpet looks very old. Wifi connection available. Air-con working perfectly. Staff: prompt service. Ask the staff for direction, including where to eat, to call a taxi.

Great location, Hotel poor quality, very shabby furniture. Poor wi-fi in room. Big room ideal for a visa run Thai consul. Overnight stay. Location is the big plus and that is it. TUNE HOTEL better value.

un hotel pour depanner, pas plus!
point positif : l'emplacement, à deux pas de la gare routiere où un bus vous emmene à kuala besut pour 3 pièces six sous. à proximité,un café ouvert 24/24 en face de l'hotel pour ceux qui souhaitent prendre le premier bus pour besut. la nuit et le week end : rue tres calme, qui contraste tres fortement avec le jour où on se demande si on est bien au meme endroit, bouchons, rue très frequentée. point negatif : chambre à la limite du correct, chambre propre mais moquettes vieillote, wc odorant, et surtout le clou..un bon gros cafard sur mon sac à dos que j'ai pris par inadvertance, et quelques pattes baladeuses sur ma main (oui, ça m'a marqué!),un hotel pour depanner, c'est tout!
