"We enjoyed margaritaville shreveport. We dined on property at Jimmys- the waiter Chris was stand up. We only stayed one night but it was a great location, safe secure parking with a valet option. The ladies at the front desk were prompt to assist all guests as they arrived. We also had complimentary drinks in our room- was nice added touch! The room had a lovely balcony with a river view. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to family and friends. "

"The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It's a slightly older place and there were a few worn spots but that's what you might expect. It was exactly what we expected and it was very quiet which was perfect! We had a great stay!!!"

"The room rates were good however I thought that the hotel would be closer to the casinos/restaurants or maybe transportation to the casinos."

"Double charged for the room but was able to get 1 refunded. Was only given 1 set of towel and wash cloth with 2 people staying in the room. We had to ask for more and had to turn in the 1 set to get more. Everything stayed wet with condensation for the air conditioner. The walls, floors, appliances, toilet, our clothes. "

"The unique aspects of the property is the location and conveniency. What would be better for the property is the hot water temperatures, door sealing could be better, and texture of sheets. Overall our stay was good."
