"Glashaus disappoints because of its location and overall setup. It doesn't "feel" like a hotel, it feels like an office. The map app will give you a notice that you have arrived and you are literally next to a running trolley with no ability to stop. We parked in a paid lot and had to walk across the trolley to find the entrance to the hotel which was around the corner. "More spacious than I expected"

"Great property, near a shopping mall and public transportation. Just a 5 minute walk to buses and the tram. Staff were helpful. There was a nice restaurant and cafe. They did have air conditioning but it shut off (on a timer?) each night and we had to get up and turn it back on in the middle of the night each night."
