"Very basic rooms which were not the cleanest. Bed was very uncomfortable and the room temperature fluctuated a lot. Shared common areas were however well kept and clean."

"We stayed in a private twin room with a shared bathroom between our room and one other private bedroom. The bathroom was very clean, but would benefit from some minor renovation, including replacing the missing tiles on the shower floor. The mattresses weren’t particularly comfy, sadly, but our request for extra pillows was accommodated, so we didn’t sleep too badly. "A small but cosy hostel that is a 10 minute walk from the beach, shop, restaurants and pubs. There is free pizza on Tuesdays and bbq on Saturdays. The staff is always friendly and the vibe makes you feel at home. I would definitely stay again the next time I visit the Gold Coast."
