"Monday Evening around. 6 30 pm met the desk clerk Blonde hair younger lady .. she was very friendly and helpful . Saw me in Hot tub after Next day check in asked me how my stay was and was anything I needed to let her know . She said wanted to make my stay pleasant as possible . Very nice. Beautiful smile"

"We arrived at 2:15PM and could check-in for a $20 fee so we left. Once we returned, the room my parents were given was still being cleaned. The kind cleaning people called and had their room changed to the room next door. A little weird but not the end of the year. The rooms are super dark but it was clean and spacious. Feels like the rooms may have been updated in the last few years."

"The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for us and gave us plenty of space to spread out for the couple days that we were in St Ignace. The room was spacious and clean. The carpet was the only thing I thought could be updated, but didn't look too dirty. The staff we saw were friendly. The pool and hot tub appeared well maintained and clean. The breakfast was pretty basic with muffins, toast, cereal, yogurt, bananas, and oranges. They had some cheese omelettes and a waffle maker for some hot options too. I would stay here again when in the area. Also the 2 bedroom suites don't have balconies but I believe most of the rest of the rooms do."
