"Their Staffs are nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Place and room is clean. View is beautiful. Beachfront is a big plus. Just needs updating specially with the carpets in the rooms and hallways. Those needs to go and replace then with wood floors. Also the faucet in the room needs to be replaced to something easier to turn on and off. It’s so hard to pull. Overall, the place view and location of the property is nice."

"I cannot say enough about this wonderful property! I don’t usually stay at a “motel” but made an exception and I am so glad we did! A young couple bought this property and are renovating it beautifully! Many thoughtful touches have been added including a fire pit with all the s’mores fixings! We had a great time hanging out there last night. Please give this place a chance and support this small business owner! Thanks again, Hannah and Alex!!"

"An absolutely great hotel and location. Very clean overall, rooms had hooks and space to hang and place clothing and bags. The workout facility was one of the best I've seen in a hotel - a good set of dumbbells, pulley machine, and plenty of cardio equipment. A nice pool and the hot tub was outside, but a smaller. A roof patio to take in the view. A small, but ample bar. The breakfast was very good as well and staff made sure it was stocked and clean - coffee was good as well - even had bagels...

"While this hotel is in a tourist-friendly location, my stay unfortunately did not live up to the high ratings seen on their website or the premium price of $500/night. The Room: The room felt quite cramped and a bit dated compared to the online photos. Cleanliness was also not quite up to the standard I would expect at this price point. "Everything is great at the Kewadin St. Ignace with the exception of the beds. The beds are extremely hard, which not everyone can sleep on comfortably."

"The hotel was well located and clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff very helpful. The continental breakfast was very skimpy, cereal and muffins. Otherwise, it is a good hotel to stay at because you can receive a free shuttle to the boats that take you to Mackanac Island."
