"We had booked 5 rooms for our stay and only 1 had a functional air conditioner. The air conditioner for the other 4 rooms did not work properly. After several complains, we were given the choice to change 2 rooms only. The changed rooms had a better view but the air conditioner was still not at par. "It’s a nice property but lacking as an all inclusive. I’ve been to a lot of all inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and this one does not compare at all to their grandeur, amenities, and services. A few things lacking: No top shelf alcohol included. Had to pay extra to get an espresso martini or a bottle of water. There were no beach chairs or umbrellas included for resort guests. Had to paid 15 euros per chair and per umbrella! That’s 60 euros extra a day for my family of 3 so we could enjoy...

"Excellent emplacement! Nous avons carrément loué une voiture pour rien, car l’hôtel est à seulement 2 minutes de marche de la plage et pratiquement sur la rue principale où se trouvent la majorité des restaurants, bars, clubs et boutiques. Tout est accessible à pied, ce qui est un énorme avantage. Le seul point négatif est l’horaire de la piscine, qui ferme à 18 h.
