"Bed is not very comfortable, could use a thicker comforter, the room is tiny, breakfast is terrible. Its all about the location. This was comfortable to go to Letchworth state park from here. One of the newest properties in this area, but not worth the price"

"the rooms are very clean and comfortable; the staff was pleasant. this was the second time we stayed in this chain and both were well worth the money although the breakfast had much more variety in the first one and was better stocked than the one in Springfield NY but all and allit was a good stay and I would book this chain Again"

"The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The rooms weren’t very clean. There were paint chips everywhere. No curtain was on the kitchen window so it was very bright in the morning. The shampoo was in an impossible to open packet. There was no conditioner. There were no outlets near the beds to charge our phones."

"The room was dirty & unkept . The bed sheets in room 5 ( April 9, 2026 ) were NOT replaced prior to our arrival. When my wife & I were about to get in bed for the night we saw that the sheets contained someones grittiness . Who in the hell wants to crawl into that ? My wife was disgusted . It's MY WIFE ! We left around 3:00 am on 04/10/26 . Tried to get a refund but they declined . Chaffee Lodge is a JOKE & so is the long bearded fast talking lobby attendant ( "manager" LoL ) Also when my wife & I returned at 9:45 pm on 04/09/26 after visiting some friends the entire lobby & hallway reeked with the smell of weed . "
