The hotel is located in the Mall and the Property is located near to the airport. Please do not expect a fancy breakfast. There are a lot of nearby options as well. Only one thing to complain about, I felt like the bed was super old and bumpy. Each time I turn around I can hear the spring sound working hard to support my weight. The staff was not friendly and welcoming but the check-in was smooth.

It was good, but not excellent. The cleaning team was not replacing soaps and towels. we had to ask them to supply towel.

2025年4月に1週間弱滞在しました。 良かった点 -スタッフは非常に親切で対応が良いです。 -大きなショッピングモールとつながっているので、必要なものはすぐにそちらで揃えることができます。 -基本ルームクリーニング、タオル交換は3日に1回ですが、フロントにお願いすれば毎日できるそうです。 残念な点 -部屋はお値段相応で、狭く、古く、色々壊れていたりきしみ音が鳴ったりします。冷蔵庫、ポット、電子レンジ、電話、歯ブラシ、使い捨てのヘアブラシなどはありません。 -大きい道路に面しているため、夜は車やクラクションの音がうるさいです。 -とにかく不便な場所にあります。 渋滞していない時のgrabタクシーで、空港まで約30分・RM40、中心街まで約15-20分・RM15程かかります。（2025年4月現在）

洗面所にソープ、シャンプーはあるのですが、バスタオル以外のタオルとコップ(部屋にも)がなくてちょっと不便です。 シーツ交換は3日おきというのは環境的には素晴らしいですが、熱帯なのでちょっとという以外は快適なホテルです。

Bad experience with Tune Hotel 1Borneo

Booked and pay for window room and queen bed but was given non window room and a double bed room. And not only that, was given untidy room! The room given still dirty and and I have to call the counter and wait. 45 minutes later they asked me to shift to new room. And still it is not a window room and a double bed room. You need to improve a lot Tune Hotel 1Borneo!

The check in is really fast and efficient. Well the reception staffs are courteous and very helpful. The breakfast is great. It will nice if there is a pool at the rooftop ha.. Overall I love this hotel.
