"Upon arrival at the airport in my itinerary, I was told there would be a free shutter. I was at the airport for two hours, even though the website say the buses run every 30 minute that was not the case so I decided to take a taxi and right as I was about to take the cab, the bus came. I had to pay the cab for whatever was on the meter but the bus driver kept rushing me even though I waited two hours for him to come and pick us up at the airport. I was trying to take care of the situation with the cat person and he just kept saying you’re gonna get on the bus you’re gonna get on the bus and I felt rushed however, I completed what I was doing and got on the bus when I got to the hotel there was no greeting from the reception. People one of the reception personnel was on the computer, but had no customer. She did not acknowledge me finally when I ask her are you gonna help me? She said just a minute and proceeded to do what she was doing on the computer at which point I decided I didn’t want her to wait on me so I waited for the other attendance. I did relay my complaint to the agent that was standing at the desk and he was very accommodating. He gave us an upgrade in our room. He also gave us two vouchers for the bus and he also gave us a drink on us, Card, which was very nice of him to do those things to compensate for the inconvenience at the airport my husband and myself was very appreciated of that gesture"
