"Lovely spot on the outskirts of Fuengirola. Large pool area nice & quiet. Plenty sunbeds. Room was perfect with fab view of sea & pool area. No iron however in room. To pay this laundry service. Food good. Just had breakfast & pool bar menu. Overall good place for a nice break."

"⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. When I arrived and checked in, I specifically confirmed with the receptionist that breakfast was included in my booking. He confirmed that it was and even gave me the breakfast opening times. However, when I went for breakfast the following morning, I was told that breakfast was not included. This was very frustrating, especially as I am diabetic and pregnant. I explained the situation, but I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and there was little effort made to help resolve the issue. The room itself was also not up to standard, as the toilet had an unpleasant smell throughout our stay. In addition, we were not informed before booking that the spa facilities were unavailable. Had this been made clear in advance, it may have affected our decision to stay at the hotel. Overall, the communication was poor, and the experience did not meet expectations. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and is more transparent with guests about available facilities in the future."

"My second time at this hotel and it has been renovated beautifully. Had and issue with our room at check in. Single beds after multiple pre requests for a king bed and crumbs on the floor. Took a exceptionally long time and a manger request to get this resolved, but we got there. All round a fantastic hotel with friendly staff and a lovely setting but a few niggles I would highlight other than our check in issue. By 9am all pool beds are gone, but no one actually on them. People throw a hat or book on them and head off to breakfast. I counted two people at the pool at 8.50am but not a single free bed. Pool staff on site do not police this whatsoever and allow it every day. Very frustrating in a hotel of this calibur. Breakfast staff don't come near you to offer tea coffe etc. You have to wave them down or catch one who is frantically running past you. It's also extremely busy after 9.30am and the egg/omelette que is off putting. Maybe they should make people book breakfast slots to minimise this stampeed. Hotel beach club never has any space for hotel guests as they allow so many outside bookings. On the plus side the breakfast selection is great. Hotel check in staff etc were very friendly. Room service and turn down service was fantastic. Lovely decor and good music at weekends I will certainly return as we have a great stay overall."

"2nd time here so that tells you all you need to know. Cracking value for what you pay. You do need a car to get around but I always do anyway. Reasonable food and drink prices at bars and restaurant, happy hours are a handy as well as the kids club! My only gripe and it’s a very minor thing is they only come and give the room a clean or change towels once every 4 or 5 days. And with a family of 4 it isn’t quite enough. The washing machine, dishwasher, oven, airdryer on balcony all make it so convenient and helps keep costs down. Will return again 100%"
