We loved the hotel IPV Palace. We had a wonderful time at the hotel and in Fuengirola. The hotel is very pretty and do is the city, and the breakfast was excellent which made us gain a couple of pounds. We were able to use the beach only once because the other days the waves were big and the water appeared dirty. We didn't use the pool or spa. They have a nice Italian restaurant that I wanted to try, but we had spent two weeks in Italy prior to coming...

The hotel gives a great first impression. Beautiful and well maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food and drinks on offer were great. The setting was perfect. The pool area was lovely. Our room had a great beach view. The only downside was our bathroom which had a rusty bath and no seal on the shower door to stop the water flooding the floor, which became dangerously slippery. Overall we had a great experience and would still return.

Excellent hotel for holidays- great location 15 min walk from the town. Easy access to the beach and pool and excellent breakfast. Entertainment was fun during the day and evening even though we were not intending to use this facility!! Housekeeping were amazing also

Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was okish Beach View was great Breakfast staff was nice Reception staff was very informal. Weren't involved not Smiley or welcoming. I would not class it has 4 star. No ambience. Had to even pay for ice. Drinks were not made to perfection. Had no tea or coffee in rooms and no iron Everything was at a cost. Would not be coming back

this is a peaceful hotel. Right next to the beach. If I had one complaint, it would be that the sun beds could be a little more comfortable. We had a lovely few days there in June.

The room was always kept really clean and we were even given a free upgrade and the views were phenomenal! Breakfast had a very large variety including a big shelving unit with gluten free items in. There were hot and cold things and all were yummy! There were other facilities that we didn’t use such as the spa. We are bodybuilders and the gym was okay but lacked a few bits of equipment. We briefly saw the entertainment and it seemed to a very good standard! The staff were always very polite and helpful.

The proximity to the beach was so excellent. The pools were beautiful and immaculate. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very very nice. The food at the buffet was medium. The food at the Italian restaurant was excellent. The food at the tapas bar was excellent but very very slow. Coffee not available anywhere until 7 am if you ate at the buffet and 10:30 am if you ate at the beach club. Rather difficult if you are early risers and just want a cup of coffee!!! Starbucks machine in lobby was broken at the time we were there. Spa was great!!! Jacuzzi was cold but everything else in spa was great! If I went again I would find places nearby on the beach to eat at. Staff could not have been any kinder or friendly and helpful. All were excellent. Location was fabulous.

The room was clean and spacious with a great balcony and view of the sea. Staff were friendly and helpful, very accommodating. The food we tried once and it wasn’t great, it could be better, but the setting for drinks was lovely.
