"The hotel was very disappointing and does not match the photos shown on expedia. The property is old, worn out, and poorly maintained.
There was no proper heating in the room. The only option was an air conditioner, which could only be set up to 22°C and automatically turned off during the night. Cold air was coming from the window, and the room was freezing.
The towels were not changed during the stay. We asked at the reception in the evening, but were told there were no extra towels...

"The room was really clean and loved the fact you got bath robes! Room was nice and the bed was sooo comfy, also the hotel is in such a perfect location near all the museums etc !"
